Hi everyone. 

this month of April is child abuse prevention month. It's also my beautiful daughters birthday month. She is just 4 years old.

My daughter was recently abused by her teacher, other adults, and a child at her so called former pre school. 

Here is our story of true events,

I come to you with a serious matter. this is a call for action and awareness. 

My 4 year old daughter was ALWAYS a fun loving, caring, kind little girl, who never hurt anyone, including herself! 

When she started preschool, THAT ALL CHANGED. 

She started a play school program at a local park district. within months, she was showing signs of being bullied and abuse. such as having potty accidents (which she hadn't had in over 2 years), withdrawn, would randomly cry and be very clingy to me, and would have horrible fits of rage that I've never seen before. I finally told her to tell me what's wrong. That's when she admitted to being bullied at her play school. she said they called her stupid and names. I told her I would tell her teacher but she begged me not to. I wish I took her out then!

Another few months roll by. I now see a hand mark of bruising on my child. I begged her. please tell mommy what's happening to you. that's when she said another child "grabs me". 

I emailed the play school immediately. I am told nothing is wrong, but I can't see the camera. she will write a report. I get there Monday. no report is given to me. I am PROMISED by the director she will have a kindness day and she will be there to monitor the whole day. 

I left my child that day only with those false hopes of her being kept safe by the adults that should have, and promised to. 

THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. 

instead, my precious 4 year old daughter came home beaten and bruised worse than she ever has been her entire little life. I can tell she had been crying all day and that something was seriously and terribly wrong. 

The teacher immediately says "she was itchy and scratched herself". 

no report was given of this incident, even if that were true, and it's not. They showed me the bloody scratches and I couldn't believe it. 

I left with her. she was absolutely petrified. it took several hours of me telling her, promising her that she was safe with me to tell me what happened. she admitted that the teacher told another student to hit her in the legs with a doll. The teacher then hit her in the bathroom over the head. she describes being hit in the throat. she said she screamed for me, her mom, but in that moment, I wasn't there. This is being investigated. my child didn't do this to herself. and someone needs to be held accountable. please parents be aware!!! pay attention to the signs. the teacher threatened her and told her not to tell, or me and her would go to jail. she would often use candy and sweet treats, I now believe as a bribe. my child left school every single day with a sucker. this all happened march 17th 2025. if you see something, say something. if you suspect child abuse or neglect call DCFS. please see the warning signs and take action. for the month of April which is national #childabusepreventionmonth I will be donating 10% of ANYTHING BLUE sold 💙 from my shop to a local to Chicago Not for profit child advocacy center where they do forensic interviews, child therapies and so much more to help these innocent children, like my daughter, and so much worse! there is no excuse for child abuse!! let's show them what we can do!! light them up blue! 🕯💎🎗💙 #noexcuseforchildabuse #april #awareness #candlegemscreationscares #stopchildabuse #noexcuse #childabuseawareness😭 #childabuseprevention 

in her honor and because of her story, we are donating 10% of ANYTHING BLUE sold in our shop this month to a local not for profit local  Chicago children's advocacy center. I will show proof of making the payment.
